  • What materials are your jewellery pieces made from?
    Answer: Our jewellery is crafted using high-quality materials such as sterling silver and natural gemstones. We are committed to using materials that align with our values of sustainability and ethical production. Therefore we support and source our materials from other New Zealand business's who share our values and transparency. We want to ensure we are producing designs that can last a lifetime and not be at liberty of forever changing trends, therefore our prices reflect the quality of materials and time/ effort required to produce them.
  • How should I care for my jewellery?
    Answer: To keep your jewellery looking its best, we recommend storing it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Avoid wearing your pieces in the shower or while swimming, and gently clean them with a soft cloth. Although sterling silver is durable, it is still a soft metal and can be prone to damage if exposed to excessive wear and tear, so care for accordingly. Note natural crystals can be fragile and delicate pieces, so please wear and care for your gemstone jewellery carefully.
  • Do you offer custom or bespoke jewellery designs?
    Answer: Yes, we offer custom jewellery design services! If you have a specific design or idea in mind, please reach out to us through our contact page, and we’ll be happy to discuss creating a one-of-a-kind piece just for you. You can customise the semi-precious gemstone you wish you use in any of the designs we offer. Or if you have any other ideas, or require repair services feel free to reach out and see if we can help!
  • What is your return and exchange policy?
    Answer: We offer returns and exchanges on unworn jewellery within a set period from the delivery date. For full details, including eligibility and instructions, please visit our Returns & Exchanges page. We’re here to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Answer: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You will be notified if there is also a 'made to order' wait time before your order is processed. Made to order wait time: Typically 5-7 business days, with an additional 1-3 business days added for processing time. Delivery Times: Standard shipping within New Zealand usually takes 2-5 business days, although we use overnight courier we do recommend accounting for 2-5 day wait depending on your location. Rural addresses may take slightly longer.
  • Do you offer gift wrapping?
    Answer: Yes, we offer beautiful, sustainable gift wrapping for your orders. Your jewellery will be wrapped in repurposed fabric and presented in eco-friendly boxes made from recycled boxboard. We aim to make each gift extra special while minimizing waste.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
